Highland was founded in 2020 and owns & operates a SMF portfolio valued at $250M+ spanning 60+ individual acquisitions in our Midwest & Mountain West submarkets. We target overlooked and mis-managed SMF assets in submarkets where we have a local presence and a sourcing & operational edge.
Our strategy involves consolidating such assets at attractive entry bases and driving value via rigorous asset management, capital investment to enhance asset quality and the implementation of technology to increase property level cash flow and create attractive returns.
